SilkSuspension Progressions II features another 50 new exercises in the SilkSuspension series, suitable for any dual suspension apparati and most single point suspension setups as well.  Progressions II builds on the exercises learned in Progressions I, with more exercises for stronger clients.  Emphasis is still placed on the foundations of core strength, inner joint stability, flexibility and balance learned in SilkSuspension Fundamentals I & II and Progressions I. The fully illustrated manual breaks down the exercises so that execution, progressions, regressions and modifications are clear.  Target muscles are highlighted and divided between mobilizers and stabilizers.  Exercises in SilkSuspension™ Progressions II cover supine, prone, side-lying, kneeling and standing positions, and also include a Pilates repertoire as well as inversions and full suspension exercises. Exercises target core strength, inner joint stability, proper biomechanics, balance, flexibility and coordination.  We HIGHLY recommend viewing the Suspension Exercise workouts on the site (especially the set up and safety video) as a great companion to the manual.
