This manual will teach the technique specific to CARDIOLATES® as well as the physiological benefits of rebounding.  The biomechanical reasoning behind the technique as well as the postural benefits will be explored, as will the benefits to the cardiorespiratory, vestibular and lymphatic systems.  Finally, choreography and music selection will be covered, as well as how to put together a CARDIOLATES® class for individuals or for groups.
