CARDIOLATES® is an absolutely fantastic workout. It combines the lengthening, strengthening, and rehabilitating qualities of Pilates with the heart-pumping, fat-burning fun of rebounding. We think taking a CARDIOLATES® class is well worth the short commute from Connecticut or New Jersey.
