3 Month Body/Mind Rejuvenation Program
Do you want to make a lasting lifestyle change that will help you achieve the body you’ve always wanted...and keep it? Then sign up for the 3 month Body/Mind Rejuvenation Program! This comprehensive program will allow you to rejuvenate your body inside and out: your muscle tone, your body composition, your diet and your skin. Thus, your body will glow from the inside out as the healthy lifestyle changes you make will be enhanced by the outer work of fitness training and skin rejuvenation. Skin care is provided by Joanna Vargas Skin Care, www.joannavargas.com and Holistic Health Counseling is provided by our resident Nutrition Counselor, Caitlin Grater, a graduate of the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, www.integrativenutrition.com
Because everyone’s budget and needs are different, we have a variety of “Rejuvenation” packages.
- Basic Rejuvenation Program includes…
- Unlimited mat classes and CARDIOLATES® classes
- 2 Group equipment classes a week
- Unlimited use of the cardio equipment or rebounders (recommended 4x week for 30 minutes)
- Body fat, blood pressure, weight and metabolic testing before and after the program. Measurements can be included if you wish.
- 3 Purifying Facials at Joanna Vargas Skin Care, 7th Floor of this building
- 3 months of Nutritional Counseling
- Golden Rejuvenation Program includes…
- 2 privates a week: your choice of Pilates or GYROTONIC® or both
- Unlimited mat classes and CARDIOLATES® classes
- 2 Group equipment classes a week
- Unlimited use of the cardio equipment or rebounders (recommend 4x/week for 30 minutes)
- Body fat, blood pressure, weight and metabolic testing before and after the program. Measurements can be included if you wish
- 3 Triple Crown Facials at Joanna Vargas Skin Care, 7th Floor of this building
- 3 months of Nurtitional Counseling
- Signing Up
- Your 3 months can start at any time of the month. Just tell us you are ready to go and we will set up your first series of tests, which you can use as a baseline to track your progress.
- Then, we’ll set you up for privates twice a week. Please keep in mind the 24 hour cancellation policy is always in effect.
- You can start attending your unlimited mat/CARDIOLATES® classes and start using the cardio equipment as soon as you sign up.
- We highly recommend you opt for the Holistic Health Counseling as exercise is only half the picture! If you do, we will put you in touch with our resident counselor.

Sports Conditioning Program
- Golf: With all the rotation and power required in golf, we focus on increasing range of motion and increasing power safely for our golf-loving clients. Using a combination of Pilates and GYROTONIC® (or just one or the other if you prefer), we have helped many a client shave some strokes off their game!
- Tennis, Baseball, Softball, etc!: Agility, balance, range of motion, power. Tennis requires all of these qualities and with the services we offer at Pilates on Fifth, we can help you with all of them. You know what increasing core strength and range of motion with Pilates and GYROTONIC® can do for your game, but nothing targets your balance and agility like CARDIOLATES®. You can integrate CARDIOLATES® into your private/duet sessions or attend our group classes. Your balance and agility will improve while you burn fat!
- Cycling: No matter how you slice it, cycling overworks the hip flexors and keeps the spine and shoulders rounded. We’re not criticizing, that’s the position that makes the most sense aerodynamically! It is just not the best position for your body! Our instructors can design a workout that helps re-balance muscle groups and counteract the physical effects of cycling.
- Runners: The runners of the world LOVE to run and nothing else will ever give them that feeling of freedom and joy. But at some point, the body starts to protest, right? Let us help you strengthen the inner muscles in your ankles, knees and hips that will help absorb the impact of running on pavement. We can also increase flexibility safely which helps prevent against injury. Posture is another prime concern as “runners posture” tends to present a forward head and rounded shoulders.
- Weight Lifters: Want to get stronger without risking injury? By starting a Pilates and/or GYROTONIC® regime, you will strengthen the smaller, inner muscles of the joints as well as increase muscle fibers along the entire length of the muscle instead of just the belly. This helps protect the joint while increasing overall strength. Some weight lifters have reported feeling as if they were taking a few steps back initially, but after sticking with it, emerged must stronger as a result of the new training! We encourage you to give Pilates and GYROTONIC® a try!
Pre/Post-Natal Program
- Pre-Natal: Expecting a bundle of joy? We can help you continue your Pilates or GYROTONIC® regime safely and effectively during your pregnancy. Pilates on Fifth has had many instructors practice through their pregnancy and has helped many clients maintain muscle tone, protect their lower back and keep circulation flowing during their pregnancies. As it is not recommended to start any new exercise regime during your pregnancy, if you are new to Pilates or GYROTONIC®, we must receive clearance from your doctor before you begin. We are confident we can help you enjoy your pregnancy even more!
- Post-Partum: Want to “get your body back” as quickly and safely as possible? Then you’ve come to the right place. Our dedicated instructors progress at a pace that is appropriate for you to help you reconnect with your abdominals, counter the rounded shoulders that come from nursing and leaning over a crib all day and give you the “you time” you deserve! We are experienced in working with women who have experienced both C-sections and prolonged bed rest due to pregnancy and can create safe and effective exercise regimes for both.
