Want the same great Pilates mat class with MORE arm toning, core strengthening and dynamic standing exercises? This fun and challenging new class uses weighted balls, stability balls and lots of new moves to challenge and build core strength, train your body to perform powerful rotational movements safely (as in golf and tennis) and increase upper body strength while protecting the rotator cuff. While the class is challenging, exercises are easily modified for all levels, so come and join us!
Only have an hour? Then take the CARDIOLATES® Circuit Express and get a great cardio workout and core conditioning in an action-packed 45 minute class – so you can get back to work! The class begins at 12:10 – you’ll warm-up with some joint mobilization and core strengthening exercises. Then you’ll rebound for 10 minutes and hop off for some more great Pilates mat exercises! After another 10-15 minutes of rebounding, you’ll finish with more abs and stretches. A perfect way to spend your lunch break and all in a well air-conditioned room so that you can run back to work!
